I’m passionate about gardening!
My tiny urban farm produced much more than I expected. I recently visited a friend who also has three tower gardens and we were talking about the advantages of aeroponic gardens over traditional soil gardens.
Lisa planted her towers in March and was amazed that she was harvesting zucchini in early May. Her husband said, “We’ve had gardens in the past but we were never eating squash in early May before.”

35% more produce than soil gardens.
Lisa said, “I’m paying more attention to the plants now than with past gardens but I’m spending a lot less time at it. The biggest different is we are eating the harvest much sooner.”
We talked about all the ways aeroponic Tower Gardens® have advantages over soil gardens.
1) No seedlings transplant. Seeds grow in rock wool cubes and get moved straight to the tower without potting and transplanting.
2) No soil amendments or double digging because there is no soil.
3) No mulching— no need to maintain moisture or control weeds.
4) No weeding— no bending over and stress on the body.

Rock wool gives plant roots oxygen and consistent moisture, encouraging rapid, healthy growth.
5) No inconsistent watering because of automatic timers.
The Way it Works
Plant seeds in rock wool cubes, and when your seedlings are ready—usually about three weeks after germination—you’ll plant them in your Tower Garden®.
You’ll fill the 20-gallon reservoir at the base of your Tower Garden® with a mixture of Mineral Blend and water.
A pump in the reservoir pushes the nutrient solution to the top of the tower. The nutrient solution evenly cascades over the exposed plant roots.
Aside from checking water levels and cleaning the pump filter, Tower Garden® will take care of itself. And in just a few short weeks, you’ll be enjoying abundant homegrown produce, harvested at its peak (so you can be at yours).
